The Kashmir files exposed

The Kashmir files movie Fact or Fiction

Proponents of the film say it sheds light on Kashmir's neglected bloody history. Opponents say the film presents the facts irresponsibly and in the context of islamophobia.

Before we talk about what is true and what is false in this film, I would like to show you some of the BBC interviews with Kashmiri Pandits and then we will talk in detail on this issue.

According to the movie The Kashmir Files, 4000 Kashmiri Pandits were killed while 400000 Kashmiri Pandits migrated from the valley but the reality is just the opposite.

According to RTI, about 1,724 people have been killed by militants in Kashmir in the last three decades, of whom more than 1,600 were Muslims. Pandit Hindu Welfare Society The number of Pandits is 219 which is also a government statistic.

According to Indian government reports, about 140,000 people have been displaced by the militancy, while more than 3,000 people in the valley believe that the government of India and then-Governor Jagmon evacuated the Pandits. Was encouraged to go So that an open hand can be found in retaliatory actions against Muslims.

In a tweet, the Congress' Kerala unit said that 399 Kashmiri Pandits were killed and 15,000 Kashmiri Muslims were killed in the 17 years from 1990 to 2007. He had a hand and he was also an RSS man. A tweet also said that more than 100,000 Muslims have been killed since 1948. Responding to a question from Haryana-based RTI activist PP Kapoor, a DSP of Srinagar district police headquarters said that since the beginning of militancy in 1990, about 89 Kashmiri Pandits have been killed in attacks. During the same period, 1635 people of other religions were also killed.

According to Sunil Pandit, who did not leave Kashmir even in dire circumstances, "Kashmir file film presents all Kashmiri Muslims as militants, which is wrong. I remember when the situation was bad, there was an atmosphere of chaos. "Muslims saved me and today when I speak the truth, people from RSS and BJP threaten me," he added. Will stay ".

Sanjay Tako, president of the Kashmiri Pandit Sangrash Samiti, said: "It wants to show that all Kashmiri Muslims are terrorists. That is not true either. Not trying to put out. "

After the September 19, 1990 letter, it was claimed that the drama was created by the BJP-RSS in collaboration with some Kashmiri leaders and the then Governor Jagmon. The letter was addressed to the Muslims of Kashmir by 23 prominent Kashmiri Pandits. The letter begins with the acknowledgment that the Pandit community was made a scapegoat by some self-styled leaders and other vested interests of the Jagmun community. The letter states that the drama was staged by Hindu sectarian organizations like BJP, RSS. Its main characters were Advani, Vajpayee, Mufti and Jagmon and the state administration was made to play the role of Joker.

Massacres in history of India

If we look at the history of the subcontinent, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and people of other religions were persecuted. In every age tribulations arose. Somewhere Muslims were killed, somewhere Hindus and somewhere people of different religions. Now it is not right to say that only Muslims were persecuted or only Hindus were persecuted.

When it comes to massacres in India, you will find about 57 massacres on Wikipedia since 1947. The list starts from the time of partition till 2021 when the last massacre took place recently in Nagaland where 13 separatist Hindus were killed.

If we talk about genocide or massacres in Kashmir then in 1931 Dogra army killed 22 Muslims. Then in 1947 and 1948 RSS and Hari Singh massacred Muslims in Jammu and forced them to migrate from there. In 1947, the tribesmen killed Hindus and Sikhs in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Baramulla and forced them to migrate from there. Since 1948, more than 100,000 Kashmiri Muslims have been killed.

Now if we look, Kashmiris are dead whether they were Hindus or Muslims. Genocide has happened but it has happened to Kashmiris. The question is who is responsible for this. We all see clearly that India and Pakistan are responsible for this. And these two countries have only used the people of Jammu and Kashmir for their own interests till date. If any party has to win the election, they win using the name of Kashmir. Pakistan and India are also responsible for the migration of Kashmiri Pandits. Kashmiris have always been used as tissue paper by India and Pakistan.

When a sincere Kashmiri talks about Kashmir, he has a special tag of treason for Kashmiris. The Kashmiri who raises the slogan of "Long live Pakistan" is a traitor to India. The Kashmiri who raises the slogan of "Long live India" is a traitor in the eyes of Pakistan. The Kashmiri who raises the slogan of Kashmir's independence is a traitor in the eyes of both of them. But the fact is that these two countries occupy Kashmir and for the last 74 years they have enslaved Kashmiris and always used them.

Did you know that the Ukrainian President was a comedian before 2 years before the election he made a film in which he eliminates the corrupt rulers of his country. Two years after making the film, he ran in the election and won. Now just think how a film actor became the president of the country.

Hardly anything else could have affected the people as much as the movie shown on the screen.

There is something similar in the movie The Kashmir files .

Now you have to decide what is true. The truth is what Vivek Agnihotri has shown sitting on the chair or what is the truth told by Kashmiri Pandits.

And finally I would like to say that the reality of past events is not from watching movies but from reading books and doing research.
